jones
A graduate of University College Cork, Caimin is an
experienced Irish broadcaster, journalist and communicator.
He joined RTE in 1979 and worked as a reporter
/ presenter until 1989 when he returned to Clare to become Chief
Executive and principal broadcaster with Clare FM, which became one
of the foremost stations in the country, winning a prestigious Jacobs
Radio Award.
He left this position in 1994 to found Caimin
Jones Communications - a media and communications consultancy.
In September 1997 he hosted the public presentation
to the judges in the National eircom Information Age Town competition
from which Ennis subsequently emerged victorious. He is currently
a director of Ennis Information Age Services, a company delivering
usability, accessibility and online
marketing services.
In 1998 Caimin was appointed by the Government
to the Broadcasting Commission of Ireland.
He is a member of the judging panel for the
ESB media awards.

anne jones
A graduate of University College Cork, Anne taught
for nine years at both junior and second level.
She joined Clare FM in 1989 as researcher / producer
specialising in current affairs. She subsequently held the posts of
Head of Features and Controller of Programmes at the station.
In 1998 she became a freelance media & communications
consultant and event manager. She is an experienced job interview trainer
and has edited and print-managed education and business brochures and
journals.
She was editor of the highly acclaimed
emigrant photographic book ‘The Scattering’ and is
currently undertaking an extensive study to explore the future
development of The Scattering Project.
She is a member of the Board of Directors of Maoin
Cheoil an Chlair – a Co. Clare based school of traditional and
classical music.
